Scapa will be using sofco’s Sales and Operations Planning solution to plan global Demand, Supply, Capacity and Inventory by volume, costs, revenue, multi currencies, multiple units of measure etc. This will form the base for their budget/long-term forecast and planning requirements across the group.
sofco's S&OP solution is a fully configurable system that will provide Scapa with a strong statistical base forecast which will then be used to produce a budget, allowing time to review (from sales, purchasing & resourcing teams) and adjust accordingly with a view to allow the business to re-forecast quarterly.
